Body 254 is a light to cream-coloured firing STONEWARE quality with 25 % chamotte 0 – 0.2 mm.
The recommended firing range is 1000 °C – 1280 °C.
The plastic body quality is suitable for building-up smaller pieces and for throwing on the potter’s wheel, where it is also particularly suitable for larger pieces.
